No. 9 & 10 are both studios and are three flights. They each rent for $140 per night or $850 per week. Both have queen-size beds in addition to a trundle bed in No. 10 and a double futon in No. 9. All of our apartments have their own fully equipped kitchens (with toaster, microwave, gas oven and range, coffee maker, refrigerator and all utensils and dishes), bathrooms (with tub/shower and hair dryer), individual phone number and answering machine, air conditioning, color television on cable, radio/alarm clock, iron & ironing board, etc. Each apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting and is accessed from a public hallway. Once you have checked in and received a set of keys it is comparable to having your own private apartment. We stock the refrigerator in the apartment with orange juice, milk, bagels and cream cheese on your arrival. There is also a supply of coffee, tea, cereals, etc., etc. The Upper West Side, where we are located, is primarily a residential neighborhood. There are literally dozens of restaurants and food stores within walking distance of our door. In addition the American Museum of Natural History is a half a block away and the Metropolitan Museum of Art is a 15 minute walk across Central Park. There is a crosstown bus which runs to the East side right on our block and we are located between two subway lines only a few blocks away. If I've left out anything that you would like to know, you may either call, fax or E-mail me. If you decide you would like to reserve an apartment, we require a deposit of one half the total amount of your stay with the balance payable on arrival. We do not accept credit cards ,we do accept travelers checks, certified checks, money orders and that old fashioned cash. Thank you! Jack Kravitz Mail vom 03.02.2000:
